A Specialist for highly thermally potting compounds
becomes a member of the Würth Group
Kisling acquires Copaltec


Böblingen/Niedernhall | 04.03.2022. The Kisling Group is growing. With Copaltec GmbH, a technology pioneer in the field of highly thermally conductive polyurethane potting compounds and pastes joins the Würth Group. The company based in Böblingen will be integrated into the Kisling Group and will be continued under the company Kisling (Deutschland) GmbH. 

High growth potential at the site

The location in Böblingen and the jobs of approximately 20 employees will be retained. The unique selling point of the company, founded in 2012, is based on an exceptional filler matrix for potting compounds, which makes it possible to combine optimal thermal management with very good processing properties. The high-tech potting solutions are mainly used in the field of e-mobility, power electronics and battery technology. After signing the contract, the onboarding of Copaltec to Kisling will be on March 4, 2022.

We’re also looking forward to leverage synergies in the areas of research and development in order to implement innovative products for future-oriented applications. We’re aiming for a jointly successful future.”
